We’re different….we are offering you a range of style, mash bill, cask customization and personalized nurturing of a full (53 gallon) barrel of newly made spirit for you to own and eventually have bottled.

You will be able to visit you cask; nose it at intervals as it ages; share ownership with any number of others you choose; learn from a Master Blender over time as your whiskey develops.

We give you options as the whiskey ages to re-cask for a wide array of different finishes in the wood and to adjust the direction the taste profile is taking over time. Every cask built has different qualities to offer…and we make it possible for you to take advantage of these variations in a way you could never do unless you own your own distillery.

Not only will you own a completely unique whiskey, you will be able (if you choose) to imprint it with your own choices that bring it to the point where you say ‘I love it! Bottle it now’.

Or you can let our Master Blender make all these decisions or work with you on them to bring your cask of whiskey to its ultimate perfection and readiness for bottling. You will own a cask as well as receiving an in depth education from a deeply experienced blender.
